We're going to meet the parents today. Y met dad very briefly on friday, today we're going to pick up J and hang with the dad n stepmom. Then on to moms. oh joy :lol:

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive,and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Hi all, group hug and thanks for the well wishes :luv: . I will be checking in with everyone tomorrow :star: I will be up all nite that's for sure!! One more day till Interview vigil!! Up until then, mixed emotions... :):unsure::wow::wacko::clock::clock::clock: I hope to then get to these emotions: :content::dancing::energy::jest:

Lis, you had me laughing when u mentioned the moms. We call ours DQ (for drama queen :lol: but gotta love 'em, after all today we have to be nice to them and they put us on this earth).

03/05/09: K3 and I 130 both approved! FINALLY after 230 emotionally trying days @ VSC!!

03/06/2009 : NVC Received; 03/09/09 Case Number Assigned; 03/10/09 K3 stuck in AP

03/17/2009 : AOS/IV fee bills generated (by email @ 10:00 p.m.); 03/18/2009 : AOS/IV fee bills paid online

03/27/2009 : AOS/DS 230 package sent to NVC; 04/02/2009 : AOS & DS-230 entered into NVC system

04/14/2009 : Found out K3 was forwarded to the consulate in Leb and CR1 stuck in AP; 04/18/09: K3 delivered

sent off the I130 on friday and waiting on NOA to send off the I129F

but i'm still weighing whether or not i should cuz i keep hearing it slows down the process

decisions decisions! lol

I864 delivered November 2nd.....nvc logged it on November 5th

DS230 delivered November 6th.....nvc logged it on November 12th
