During the course of our relationship, I worked in California for 3 months on a TN visa. Will this affect the K1 process?

It has been about 2 months since I returned to Canada. He lives in Washington state and I am in BC so it actually took me further away from him. I had plans to work in CA (career-wise) before we even met. Can we submit the boarding passes from when he visited me in California as evidence of having met?

The TN should have no bearing on your K-1 application whatsoever. Unless you in any way overstayed a visa or misrepresented yourself, there's no issue there.

Yes, you should definitely include boarding passes from your joint visits together. You'll need photos and other evidence as well. Check the Guides at the top of each VJ webpage for more information.

Good luck!
