hello guys

i tried check the status of my case online over uscis.gov website but it says cant find it, when i call using automated system they cant find it? when i called the number i seen in the receipt not yet in services,

i am worried does anyone experience this kind of situation thanks

Good morning, there are many other people who have the same problem, their cases are not showing up on line with USCIS website. There is some kind of a computer glitch with USCIS, mainly California Service Center. As long as you have the NOA 1 which you do, dont worry, they have your petition and will proceed with it.

Only down side is your not able to see if USCIS has "touched" your petition and you wont get a email of your approval, you will have to wait for hard-copy to arrive in the mail. Best wished on your immigration journey.

When you file to Remove Conditions you can not see your case on line with the receipt number on the NOA1 you need to wait for the Biometrics appointment letter and the receipt number on that is the number you use to track your status.
