When I arrive at the airport in Atlanta, I have to deliver a sealed envelope that they gave me at my k-1 interview. Who do I deliver this envelope to, and how long is this process? What does this process consist of? Thank you for any feedback.

you give it to the customs and border patrol (CBP) people who will check your visa and allow or deny your entry to the usa.

According the the instruction given to me at the Embassy in Zagreb, Croatia, the evenlope is to be given to either the CBP people or a public health representative, when I first land in the US. Nobody else, under any circumstances.

You will give the envelope to a CBP when you go through customs. If you are connecting through Atlanta, you will probably give it to them there. Make sure you have lots of time between your connecting flight. DO NOT, under any circumstances, give it to anyone else.

Some countries, like Canada, you will go through customs before you board the plane (IE we go through US customs in Canada)

Good luck.
