Wow---what a game to get to go to! It went into 3 overtimes! Unfortunately, NBC is run by weenies. They stopped showing the game after the first overtime. Grrrr. Ducks won!

What the heck was up with that?! Why would they just stop showing the game before It was over?

But an awesome game to see! Wow. I went to a couple Avs games last season that went into OT and It was an awesome experience

I guess how they do things is they block out a certain amount of time if they are going to show any sporting event and if it goes over that, they return to regular programming. The thing is, I can't even count how many times we had to wait nearly an hour for "The Amazing Race" to come on because THAT network showed a football or basketball game that went way over the allotted time and they did NOT cut away. Sheesh, people, it's the playoffs!

not the first time NBC has done that!! U Picked a great game to watch in a luxury suite, lol 2 complete OT, wow!!

Go Caps Go!!

Canadians Visiting the USA while undergoing the visa process, my free advice:

1) Always tell the TRUTH. never lie to the POE officer

2) Be confident in ur replies

3) keep ur response short and to the point, don't tell ur life story!!

4) look the POE officer in the eye when speaking to them. They are looking for people lieing and have been trained to find them!

5) Pack light! No job resumes with you

6) Bring ties to Canada (letter from employer when ur expected back at work, lease, etc etc)

7) Always be polite, being rude isn't going to get ya anywhere, and could make things worse!!

8) Have a plan in case u do get denied (be polite) It wont harm ur visa application if ur denied, that is if ur polite and didn't lie! Refer to #1

Lol Seriously nothing like going to a game like that to realize how small I am in the world haha. The guy who invited my wife and I knows all the players, even went to Russia last year with Datsyuk and partied with the cup Lol. There were fifths of grey goose everywhere and as much food and cheese as I've ever seen in my life. Was seriously so much fun and I got some awesome pictures :)

Now I'm back to reality and realizing that I will never be able to afford a suite like that but at least I got to visit and live like a balla' for one day in my life hahaha :)

My wife has been back since June 5, 2007. Now we're just livin' man, L I V I N :)

So I'm off to tonight's Caps Pens game!

Didn't go to Saturday's game (sold them to a buddy at Hubby's work) because Hubby's mom has come to visit.

I'm going to the game with my pretend husband tonight

I'm hoping the Caps sweep the series (don't we always wish that?) but might sell Game 5 too. It's nice to be able to make some money ;)

Have a great time!! I loved the coverage during the last game when Ovechkin accidentally blew up that guy that was helping remove the snow from the ice and how he went to check on him afterwards haha

Ooh have fun! I'm so jealous. I got to go to a playoff game but...we went out in round one, so no more hockey games for me until October. *Sniff!!*

I'm hoping to see some of the Caps-Pens on TV tonight. I'm not really rooting for either team, but I think Simeon Varlov (SP?) might become my favorite non-Blues player.

Bowflex, I'm glad you had fun. I was hoping we'd get an update.

The Caps Game was awesome!!

TWO Hat Tricks..one from Ovi and the other from Crosby.

Great goals, Great saves by both Varlamov and Fleury.

I'm hoping they win tomorrow...if they do and there happens to be a game 5, I'll probably sell them and make a little moola :P
