Sending off I-751 tomorrow

Hello Everyone,

Tomorrow is going to be the day we will send off my I-751 package. I just want to make sure I have everything and not forgotten or overlooked an important part.

In our package we included

• Completed I-751 Form w/ a personal check of $545.00. Signed by both of us

• A cover letter signed by both of us

• Folders of evidence off our marriage. That includes

o Copies of the passports, both our DL and green cards of (Odette Daphne Simons).

o Four sworn affidavits by U.S. citizen friends and family, attesting to our relationship and marriage.

o Copy of joint tax return transcript for 2008 - 2007, and a copy of our stimulus payment 2008.

o Copy of car Insurance, house Insurance and car title showing joint ownership.

o Copies of joint account from our master credit card.

o Copies of statements of our two bank accounts.

o Copies of joint Utility bills (Electric, Phone, Propane).

o Copies of joint Invoices.

o Copies of general mail send to us.

o Copies of our airline reservations, boarding passes, hotel reservation, train tickets and pictures to Switzerland in September 2008.

o Copies of medical paperwork related to my wife and me.

o Copies of SSI paperwork related to my wife and me.

o General Pictures of us through out 2007 and 2009.

o Copies of holiday cards sent to us by friends and family.

• Sending it USCIS Vermont (we life in TN)

I'm right there with you! I was hoping to send everything today (even stayed up until 6:30 this morning), but didn't get done until this evening. It's all ready, sitting on the kitchen table for first thing tomorrow.

08 November 2010 - scheduled for N-400 interview

- went together for interview; file isn't there - need to wait to be rescheduled

Jan 2011 - went for Infopass

25 Feb 2011 - interview

19 April 2011 - Infopass

8 July 2011 - HE'S FINALLY A CITIZEN - WOO HOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Timeline

Don't forget the appartment lease or a letter from a landlord(If it's your house sent them some docs stating that). Plus letters from employers on the company letterhead.

10/10/12 - I-130 for parents received at Chicago lock box

1/9/13 - I-130 approved, case forwarded to NVC

2/7/13 - AOS fee e-mail request

2/16/13 - Choice of agent e-mailed

2/25/13 - Choice of agent accepted by NVC
