HOW TO TRACK YOUR CASE FROM NVC TO EMBASSY

HELLO EVERYONE! I JUST WANT TO ASK FOR HELP ON HOW TO TRACK MY DOCUMENTS COZ I CALLED NVC TODAY AND SAID THEY THIPPED MY DOCUMENTS TODAY BUT I DONT KNOW HOW TO DO IT. PLS HELP ME WITH IT, THEY SEND IT TODAY JULY 13,2010.THANKS VERY MUCH!

1- when you know from AVR that your case was forward to embassy ( mm/dd/yyyy) lets take an example case forward to embassy July 14th 2010

2- go to DHL TRACK

3- then under track list click on track reference

4- put the reference in this shape EXP 13 JUL 2010A and push track

BTW: i think this is your DHL tracking #: 8908506611

If your forward date July 13th 2010 "EXP 12 JUL 2010A"

I called the NVC number, gave the customer service rep my receipt number, and she looked up and told me my I-129F was received by them on 16 July and mailed to Manila on 19 July. She didn't give me their assigned case number--just told me I would be receiving a notification in the mail. Well received that notification the next day. Letter is dated 20 Jul 2010--and states that they (NVC) recently received an approved I-129F petition on behalf of my fiance and that the letter is to let me know that within a week the petition will be forwarded to the appropriate visa-issuing post where your visa interview will take place.

Q: Can I assume this is just red-tape catching up to what the lady told me on the phone?

Q: 19 Jul (the date the lady said it was forwarded to embassy) is a Monday. What date do I use to track its shipment: 16 July (Friday), 19 July or 20 July??

haha i went through the same thing. The package was mailed the day the lady told you. My later dated 14th of July, yet my package was sent 12th. Use the friday day to track the package. It works

I have tried until I am baffled .....said ours was gone Aug the 2nd but cant seem to find any for London? Help please.....I really need the last bit of hair that I havent pulled out.

For those that cant find there pkgs are you putting spaces between the info I think I put spaces between mine and found mine if it doesnt come up that way then call DOS they will be able to tell you if it has arrived....that should be your last resort if you are just overly frustated call them......good luck

Found ours this morning by playing and playing with that reference box....was so stoked I clicked off it before I even really looked at and then had to try and figure out what I did to find it in the first place.

Dont fret am sure its there ....its just a bear to figuar out where.
