Blah, still havent been able to access the online website. Our NOA1 was dated 8th May.

Validation Error(s)

You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:

* Your case can not be found at this time in Case Status Online. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283.

:wow:

Is it possible that you are not entering the case number correctly?

I got that same error when I thought the 3 was a B

Hm, it seems like those of you May people who were able to access your case online are from CSC...what about us VSCers??

Naturalization Journey

----------------------------------------------------

12/18/12 - Send N-400 package to Phoenix Lockbox!

12/21/12 - Delivered and signed for by Fernando Dominguez

12/24/12 - E-mail notification that file sent to NBC (now able to check case status online!)

12/28/12 - E-mail notification that biometrics notice was sent!

01/08/13 - Biometrics!

So has anyone tried calling USCIS to find out why it seems that us May people who sent to VSC haven't been able to access our cases online?

They have some major issues with their system. As long as you received the NOA1 I wouln't worry. We called through just to make sure we are in the database (had to speak to a live person) because we arent on the site or on the phone system. They assured us they have our file, but told us we will never show up on the system. Something about changing the system over and them not adding in the older files due to data types or something along those lines. There were quite a few of us in March that couldnt and still can't see ours, if that helps to ease your mind at all (probably not cuz I know I still wish I could see ours lol)

I suppose it's good to know that a lot of people are in the same boat. I thought that it was just those in VSC, but I guess not. Yeah, it would be nice to see how your case is going, especially if you get sent an e-mail when your NOA2 has been sent out.

Well, I think it's supposed to be the three letters EAC, WAC, etc. followed by 10 numbers, no? Other than having EAC in front, ours was followed by 10 numbers.

Yeah, but you might hear from them soon. It appears that CSC processes faster than VSC.

Well from what I've been seeing CSC seems to be a month ahead of VSC.

The number of our petition is correct, it also starts with EAC and several numbers following that. Just does not seem to work. I've tried creating an account to have email notifications as well but apparently you can't as long as you're not in the system (doh) but it was worth trying.

N-400 Stuff:
07/02/16 : N-400 sent

07/11/16 : NOA1

07/28/16 : Biometrics

04/03/17: Interview (approved)

04/14/17: Judicial oath ceremony

Yeah, I heard from one CSC filer that the USCIS system is messed up. They called and were told that we probably won't ever find our cases online. Oh well...I suppose this teaches us to be patient??

Despite the slowdown, I'm still hopeful that my visa will be approved by October. That is what I saw from the May timelines last year. I'd love to not to have to spend another crazy winter in Toronto!

Hey May filers!

We've been pretty quiet lately. Just looked at the timelines, and it's looking good. Perhaps we can all get approved by September and get our visas by October *fingers crossed*.

Yeah, tell me about it! The winter weathers are unpredictable in Toronto. I'll actually be moving to Indianapolis where the weather is much warmer and more predictable! Anyway, good luck to all of you and keep in touch!
