Hi eltemp! We called uscis many times too why since we filed last May we haven't see our case online. They said they will fix it. We ask about our case before it says still pending now they said it's on process  crossing my fingers I hope its true ;)

....really?! uscis will have new website? Maybe this is what the operator told us when they said our case cannot be found online because their system was broke  Goodluck to all of us hopefully we get approvals this month :star:

Hey Jeshel!

I am not sure, but I think that processing and pending is the same thing... so when they tell you that it makes no difference as saying it is on a shelve, because they cannot even tell you if your case has been assgined to an agent... plus to be honest I dont even trust what USCIS agents say: I must admit I am a pain in the behind to USCIS I called every week sometimes two or three times in a week to ask, and I always get different responses: some agents have said to me: your case will never be online, others "I put a service request, so in a month your case should be online", you'll get approve in 4 months, 5, months, 7 months, etc... and right at 121 days nothing... plus the system itself is flawed.... my naturalization application is still showing as pending... and I became a citizen in April, so that gives you an idea of how unreliable there system is...I'm hoping I get my NOA2 soon... but then again we are at their mercy...so I expect the worst and hope for the best... good luck and I really hope we all get our NOA2 like NOW ;)

Hopefully...but well I am going to try and not to stress, if it was that easy, about this whole NOA2, because everytime I call I get a different response.... and i dont think is going to make any difference if I call or just wait the letter come through mail!...Hopefully today will be day for a bunch of us....

I got excited about getting it in the next week but I've set myself up for getting it at the end of september now, at least if it comes before then I'll be over the moon! It's definitely reassuring to know that people are in the same boat so to speak! Although I hope everyone get theirs soon.

I keep thinking "Did I do everything right?"-"Did we sent too many pictures?" - Having mini panic attacks, but I'm sure it's fine. :bonk:

Well I hope everyone has a good weekend.

My post from Aug 22:

Just a couple of weeks ago, I was hoping for late September but at this rate we could see our NOA-2's start rolling in during the first week of September. Keep up the good work, VSC!

Response from Leo&Farah:

I'm thinking probably end of Sept, keep our fingers crossed. There's still 68 March VSC filers and 93 April VSC filers left.

Hah, my chance to gloat about my prognosticating abilities! Or, as my father used to say "E.S.P. It's a burden!" Now, where oh where is my NOA2?

05/04/09 -- K1 visa, NOA-1

Yah I believe that too I told my fiance those operator he always talk doesn't know much about our case. They said they will fix it but until now our case online can't see. Well that is just ok as long as we get fast approvals this month  Sometimes I want to believe on what they say that they are already processing our case to stop my worries but everytime we called them they have different answer

Just hoping we all get approvals this month. Goodluck to all of us

Good morning, my fellow May filers!

How's everyone today? It looks like USCIS decided to go back to March/April, rather than continue with May. Oh well, hopefully, we'll see more May approvals today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
