AR 11 Question

Hi all,

A quick question on the AR 11 change of address. I have been very good about always filing since I've been separated when I move (which I do frequently), but I am going for my I-751 interview next week and wanting to make sure all my bases are covered. Specifically, I am wondering:

a) did my separated USC spouse need to be filing them as well?

B) is there any way I can obtain a list of the AR11's I have filed? (Ii have moved, like 6 times since we have separtaed.)

I am worried that I forgot one, from when my spouse and I resided at my parents house while we were still together. I am certain we had my parents address down for a mailing address, but am unsure if we actually filed the AR11.

Any thoughts?

The USC Spouse/Sponsor is required to complete an I-865 (Sponsor's Change of Address) within 30 days of moving (not an AR-11).

Doubt you can get copies of AR-11's filed electronically - they (USCIS) may have a record of this - you likely did get confirmation letters each time you moved though. Not sure you actually need them though.

I think all you would need is a copy of the NOA you received when you filed your last AR-11, that will prove that you kept the USCIS up to date with your change of address. Your sponsor/co-sponsor needs to file form I-865 every time you move but since you're separated, that's no longer your problem.

Oh no - I was supposed to file an I-865? We moved last year, and we filed the AR-11....

I wonder... now what?

Oh, also - we never received any NOA from the AR-11 that we did file.
