May 6 - Received an email response saying things were progressing normally but that waiting times might be longer

Feb 25, 26 & 28 - got emails saying that the cases had been transferred to another office, then to my local office, and then just transferred and are being processed

Mar 17 - got email, attached to one case number only, saying that my A number was changed relating to the I-130 filing

Now I need to worry that CSC lost my applications somewhere since everyone else got approved.... :huh:

What about elmcitymaven? is CSC, May filer and is not approved.

Or maybe is already approved but is not in contact with Visajourney since his/her approval?

I was sooooo going to post yesterday evening that your approval was coming any minute now (on the scientific fact that I could "feel it in my waters" :P )... my waters were right, I tell you! :dance:

I got an "approval notice sent" email today (along with corresponding case status change) - if I remember right from AOS, "approval notice" is USCIS-ese for "that bit of paper that your green card is attached to". Hurrah! Apparently it was mailed yesterday.

Also got a letter in the mail a couple of days ago congratulating me on the approval of my I-751. It wasn't the usual USCIS-y NOA type thing on the special paper, it was just a typed letter much like the one they sent reminding me that I need to remove my conditions. Only, unlike that letter, this one actually had our correct address on it.

I'm now waiting with bated breath to see if my name will be spelled right on my new GC, or if I'll need to file yet another I-90 due to a typo in my middle name, just like I did with the conditional one... :unsure:

Enough rambling - hurry up, VSC, and... Maven, come and update us on Mr. Maven's condition-lifting progress! :D

2005 - We met

2007 - K-1 issued, moved to US, completed AOS (a busy year, immigration-wise)

2009 - Conditions lifted

2010 - Will be naturalising. Buh-bye, USCIS! smile.png

lol I know! I was thinking to myself well feathers took this amount of time from her bio so i should get mine on wednesday and i did! But I got approved the 13th just didnt know until today, lol

Congratulations on the further approvals! That is great news! :thumbs:

We have been moving, just a few blocks from our old place, but had a bit of down time with our internet connection. All fixed now, so we can check on all the great news coming in for our fellow May filers!

Hey, May filers! This thread seems to have a worrying lack of new news... anything to report for anyone?

I got my 10-year card a week ago today (I think... maybe it was Friday?!), and am glad to report that, unlike with the 2-year one, they actually spelled my name right. Glad to have the card in hand... and looking forward to the May 2010 N-400 filers thread! ;)

Good luck, everyone still waiting... I will be following (and bumping) this thread. Oh, and Vermont? Pull yer finger out, OK?? ;)

2005 - We met

2006 - Filed I-129F

2007 - K-1 issued, moved to US, completed AOS (a busy year, immigration-wise)

2009 - Conditions lifted

2010 - Will be naturalising. Buh-bye, USCIS! smile.png

I have been checking for my approval on a weekly basis and still as of this morning there is no update. I am VSC as well and I don't know what's going on but all the CSC approvals make me feel very optimistic!

no news here. Kinda makes me depressed seeing CSC July filers getting approved. Don't get me wrong, very happy for all that are getting those great approval emails, but I just wish us VSC May filers were getting those too. One day.....
