Question 10 asks "I have submitted a visa petition to USCIS on behalf of the following persons". I followed the instructions as shown on the example form but I am unsure if the date should be today or the date I sent my initial K1 visa packet? I found this question posted one other time but there was not an answer given. Suggestions anyone?

The date you submitted the petition.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

3/22/12 - Mailed I-751 Packet

3/28/12 - Check Cashed

4/9/12 - Received Biometrics Notification

4/30/12 - Biometrics
