E ovako, ja sam bio na interview-u i poslali su me nazad kuci, jer sam im trebao dati "izvod iz kaznene evidencije iz policije", a ne "izvod iz prekrsajnog suda". Najbolje, i najsigurnije, je odneses oba dokumenta, da te ne bi vratili kuci kao mene. I srecno na interview-u.

hvala sandmax pricala sam ja mislim sa tvojom suprugom pa sam se zato i prepala...ako Bog da Mica ce moci ovo da izvadi do 27og Septembra znas i sam kakvi su u srbiji sto se tice dokumenata dok prodje jedan pa drugi pa treci department i prodje mjesec dana

Hi,

I need help, I'm currently in Serbia, and I got the NVC number seems like im at the last stages, all they need is the AOS, and criminal records, Doctor's visit and Interview... Now my only question is how long do have to wait? I have everything all the documentation... Just waiting here,I filed in February 28th...

Any Advice?

Pay your aos and ds-230 fee and than send them in and than send all of that and wait for case closed and interview date

Pozdrav svima,

Nov sam na forumu i imam problema sa pronalazenjem odgovora koji trazim, na ovoj temi vidim da se uglavnom spominju bracne vize itd, a mene zanima radna J-1 viza...nadam se da je ovo pravo mesto za postavljanje pitanja :innocent:

evo mog slucaja...ove godine sam ucestvovao na W&T programu i nakon sto sam se vratio receno mi je ukoliko obnovim godinu da ne mogu ponovo da ucestvujem tj. da ce mi zahtev za vizu biti odbijen i da mi ne preporucuju da se prijavljujem jer se smatram rizicnom kategorijom...

zanima me, da li bi rizik za dobijanje vize bio manji ukoliko bih isao u sopstvenoj reziji bez agencije tj da poslodavac iz amerike zatrazi radnu vizu za mene i da li je ovo uopste izvodljivo?

takodje sam procitao na jednoj od tema da bi moj zahtev za vizu bio odbijen jer je njima bolje da zaposle nekog svog nego stranca, e sad s' obzirom da se radi o privremenom/sezonskom poslu konobara za studenta razmisljam se da li bi to i bio zaista problem?

Pozdrav svima... mi smo nedavno dobili NOA2 tj 12-tog septembra, koliko ste čekali da vam daju NVC broj... kod nas još uvek ništa...

A sada oni govore oni nemaju prostora zarazgovor ovog meseca iu novembru , nisu sigurni kažu ikada drugoj nedeljimeseca imaju raspored intervjue , a oni ne mogu imati prostora za novemember , jer to može biti sve ispunjen za novembar , pa sam moždaintervjuu u decembru, ali sam u oktobru daDODATNA 2 meseci, ja sam ovde od Janurai neko molim vas pomogne sa bilo kojim savet o tome kako da obradimo ovu brže

Nema brze - NVC odredjuje kad ce biti intervjui. Probaj da USC posalje email ambasadi i kaze da si spreman za intervju (odradio medicinski pregled, prikupio dokumentaciju koju su trazili) i da zamoli za raniji intervju. Mozda imaju termin ako ko otkaze/pomjeri intervju i uspiju te ubaciti.
