Hi Everyone!

We are anticipating for our NOA2 approval soon!

May we ask for your advice what else do we need to have our future-husbands sent to us as soon as the NOA2 is approved...

Here is a list..what else is missing?

Recent Intent to Marry

NOA2 copy

copy of the packet our hubby sent to USCIS (I129F, G form-biographic data) and other evidences

anything else...?

Id like to get a confirmation from you guys if its ok for my hubby to scan the NOA2 and send me via email (together with the NVC case number) so we can have our Medical sooner?

Numerous people in USA never receive a PayCheck / Pay Stubs and they are consider Self Employeed

If Petitioner receives 1099's instead of W-2's then Pay Stubs are not an option...........

Also, you need proof of an ongoing relationship. This is from the VJ guides:

Proof of your ongoing relationship. This needs to be taken to the interview! Include photos, travel documents, emails, etc from between the time you filed and present (NOA1 date-now).

Examples: Copies of phone bills, cell phone bills, emails (you can edit personal info with a marker), letters (edit personal info also), stamps on the letters (to document the date they were sent), and other written documentary proof. Provide a reasonable amount; two to four of each type. Pick a range of dates up to and including the present. You can also include a copy of engagement ring receipt (this is something that is a big optional - do not worry if you do not have a ring yet!)

Pictures, money transfer receipts, phone bills, and Yahoo (IM) logs are good proof also.

sabi back page ehh..hahhaha..(nalibog ko duh)..di ba kung next page ehh dapat 2 or more papers or form yon..so back page ehh isa lang yong form or papel.hehehe..explain lang ako huh bka kasi mali din ako..or let say,BACK PAGE OF I-134 FOrM...
