CSC NOA2 Timelines

After reviewing the timelines, it appears they have not issued a NOA2 since late May, even though some pre-Imbra cases have not received their NOA2's. I have to believe they are processing cases post Imbra and are holding until they get RFE's. The pre-Imbra's must be in AR or other security checks. I am just hoping this is the case, no real evidence otherwise. I sure hope those people that are pre-Imbra get theirs asap!!!

Maybe I am in denial and just too optimistic, I hope not though...

Looks like we mailed our only a couple days away from each other.... i was frustrated today cos i called and was put on hold for like 25 mins and they said that my case was still like 2 mos away from being processed

and said that they will send a RFE closer to when it is time for it to be processed.

Good luck

my feance has called them and he was waiting for 45 minutes when a real person talk to him,.. and he told nothing new...the operator said the same information as in the site, the same date... so calling them to find out your status is not so usefull.

I am one of those forementioned people in a pre-imbra status with no NOA-2 yet, and I find it hard to believe that I am in AR or security checks seeing as how I havent been touched since it's received date. Well, as of yesterday I have the senator on the case, so I hope I can at least know soon one way or the other.

I hope you get out of AR hell soon. I am really getting pissed at this point seeing that there are rumors of another 87 days after receipt of our RFE... Hell that puts me at 180-190 days if everything is smooth. I should have just gotten married and it would have been faster. This is even if we don't get an AR....

Man I feel for you, it just makes me want to scream and tell these a**holes how much they are f***ing up everyone's life. Unfreaking beleivable... oh, I forgot this is our government with absolutely no accountability.....so to vent.

Good Luck

Sorry I will work to get that timeline put in my sig. Anyways, my receipt date was 16 Feb, and the case has not been updated since 19 Feb. I made the request to my senator last week, and his office will supposedly call me when they receive any information from USCIS. I get the feeling that your petition and my petition are sitting in the same lost bin, maybe when they look into mine they will see yours there too!

I hope you guys through this quickly. Don't let these b**stard* get to us. I have to believe they are still working your cases and it is only due to security checks.... keep your heads up and just know in the end your love is stronger than anything they can throw at us.

Hello, everyone! The same as others here filing petition before this upsetting law we're somewhere between PRE-IMBRA cases and IMBRA ones. We filed at the Texas Service Center, then they moved our case to CSC. Received date of NOA1 is 28th of Feb, Notice date is 6th of March! (Huhhh, what a luck! Then it was not so bad to get NOA2 in just 55 days in CSC - 1st of May. And that's all. 2 months of waiting and no news neither from CSC nor NVC till last Saturday when we received SECOND NOA2 (without any RFE!) dd 26th of June. They are really don't know what are they doing there...

Is anyone here with the same situation here withour RFE and second NOA2?

Texas, you're so right in telling that about these stupid guys... no information by phone, online, from NVC... nothing... just wait! That's all? It GOT US.

Good luck to everyone waiting!

Mari

The reason you didnt get a RFE is because the service centers process by received dates not notice dates.

Congratulations on your NOA2!!!

Hope the rest of the process goes by quickly for you.

Thanks for congrats, StuckinCanada! Actually we both was a lil bit upset of getting SECOND NOA2 instead of getting response of NVC about MOS#. But it's better anyway than being lost between both organizations, anyway! The only thing we can explain of delay at CSC for 2 months without any moves is THEY JUST DIDN'T know where us to apply: to IMBRA by notice date or to pre-IMBRA by received date! Smart guys! ;)
