I am researching on where to get the FD-258. can you help me...

sad,

FD-258 only applies to those who reside overseas pursuant to military or government orders, do you live overseas on military orders? You have to read instructions very carefully.

i just scheduled an infopass for next week, however, i will also call the USCIS and inquire, then I will send the needed form. I hope things will work out. It is misleading...beacuse the Green Card says...Permanent Resident Card...Wish they would say...Conditional Permanent Resident Card.

I am married to a US citizen...

We got married in July 2006.

My expired GC is dated 01-09-07 to 01-09-09

I-90 Receipt Date 04-02

Fingerprint April 25

I agree with you. It is sometimes confusing. You need to file form I-751 ASAP because you are now out of status. I-90 form is for replacement of green card. Good luck.
