"the first 100 they get back will get expedited"......Grrrrrrrrrr we have to get the RFE first :angry: to send it back and it appears they are in no way following NOA 1 date :angry:

Not to worry, this situation has us all at our wits ends. With so many rumours and so-called "Facts" floating around, it's no wonder when we all end up in a panic over the wrong things.

I'm trying to remain optimistic and hoping that jpine's receiving the RFE is a good sign. It is possible that in their rush to get the documents out, CSC neglected to update their online system. Thus... most of us could very well have RFEs and never know it till they hit our door. The online system is not reliable. There have been many people who never had their case show up online in the first place.

Yes, there is the negative possibilities as well. Maybe the RFEs haven't gone out. Maybe CSC is completely backwards and screwed up at this point. But I choose not to dwell on those ideas. Too scary! :o

Yes, I have been really optimistic since the past few days-I think it's the suspense and generally not knowing what's going on and exactly HOW they are sorting it out!

And the panic thing...You are so right!

It is a great sign that there are signs of life down there at CSC, and we are all in the same boat!

I'll be "stalking the mailman too" ( someone else wrote that somewhere) and I know just how they feel! I have visions of us all peeking out the windows/staking out the mailbox waiting for him/her! :lol: LOL

2005: we met online

11-2005: started our relationship online

02-19-2006: Met Liliya in her home city Tashkent, Uzbekistan

03-03-2006: Proposed (day before I left)

04-12-2006: I-129F Sent to NSC

04-17-2006: I-129 NSC received (NOA1)

06-01-2006: I-129F transfer from NSC to CSC

06-02-2006: I-129F CSC must have received I-129F's

07-03-2006: Touched (RFE e-mail notice that it was sent, Received it, Sent it back) all in the same day

07-04-2006: Touched (worked on the 4th of July????)

07-05-2006: Touched (at 9:53am est, little early for CSC hmmmmm)

07-17-2006: Touched (and E-mail saying they have recieved my RFE)

10-21-2006: Touched (hmmmm something wrong with how long it has taken them?)

10-23-2006: Touched (hmmmm maybe my calls once a week to congressmen and senators office helped?)

10-25-2006: Touched at 9:30 est (kinda early for the CSC hmmm, I think they are messing with me now)

looks like they sent the NOA2 on this day

10-28-2006: Received Snail mail for NOA2 on 10-23-2006 (why didn't they update the web site)

11-02-2006: 5 emails saying approved I-129f ???huh??

11-03-2006:

and the waiting continues

hi guys! i just wanted you to know that i got my rfe in the mail today. i mailed it back out. CSC mailed it out on June 27. so yours should be there soon. im hoping within the week. Kitkat... maybe you will get yours before you leave to visit your hunny!!!! keeping my fingers crossed for the rest of us....

Good news! I contacted the caseworker for Senator Stabenow and she was told from the people at the CSC that my RFE was sent on June23rd and that it should arrive soon. NOA1 May 9th. This seems to correspond to what was told to Gary. I hope its true!!!

My guess is that the RFEs did not get sent on the same day that the senators were told. Not that it matters a lot, but I think CSC was fudging a little bit.

Anyway, just to know things are moving again is enough to make me happy. After this is all over with maybe I will make a trip to CSC and let my dog poo in their flower bed or something... ;)

I think now you are right since people who received them today had postmarks from yesterday. The way my luck is going, mine will arrive on Friday exactly 5 minutes after I leave for the airport. : (

No freaking RFE. NO online update. My senator's office called CSC's DIRECTOR on Monday & STILL hasn't heard back.

Feeling very very depressed & pissed off. :ranting:

Yes, I know some are coming but it freaking feels like it all will take much longer, every damn week is more wasted time.

devilette just an update, i got my rfe. the notice date says June 23 on it. but it was mailed out (stamped by the post office of laguna niguel) on June 27. im hoping you get yours soon! it should come!

i checked my online status and it's last touched date is still on march 20. i havent gotten any touches nor emails from uscis since that date that i got the online account to USCIS.

dont lose hope... its going to come soon. i hope within the week.
