Prayer and AOS question

Hello,

We are about to send our AOS package. I got my I864 along with my dad's I864A. We also both got our last three years tax transcripts, 1040's, W2's, 2009 Employment letter, last 6 months paystubs for me and last 4 months for my dad's paystubs. We also got the barcode cover sheet along with our own made cover page of the listed documents. We also neatly stapled them and use few paper clips making out packet a clean organized package. We also put on ever page to the right of never page our case number. However, I got one small question about a question about my dad's I864A. On his Employment letter is states that he is a Chief Cook but on all three of his 1040's it states he is a Merchant Marine. What occupation should I use so that I don't recieve an RFE?

I know that you hear all of our petitions and you grant them in Jesus name. Lord, place your stamp of approval upon these request. I pray for the hearts of those who are longing and reward us after a long long journey through this process. Lord I pray that you will open doors that no man can shut and give us favor with our cases and joy when we are approved in Jesus name. We stand upon your processs, that all things work together for the good who love you, and I know that many out there love you Lord, in Jesus name. What God has joined together let no man put asunder, in Jesus name. So, by your word being true we believe that not even the NVC will divide any longer in Jesus name, amen. Believe that God is able, prayers are going up in Jesus name, amen.

He's a chief cook with the merchant marines, right?

On your documents, I would refer to him as a chief cook. I don't think it'll be a problem that his 1040's say merchant marine.

Oh, and if you're sending tax transcripts, you don't need to send W2s and 1040s for those same years. One or the other will do just fine!
