hello everyone! i just got a Notice of Action from INS last week about " stepson petiton" my sons are in the Philippines right now and my Ameican HUsabnd is the one who filed the petition. My question is how long would the US Embassy set an interview for my sons? i know it would take months after the INS will approve the petition but i dont know how long would Manila US emabssy set an inetrview date. Another thing, is this a sure visa? pls im so worried nad anxious now. thanks
