what to expect to pay to fly out of manila

i hope to get help here. bringing the kids over on k-2 now what is the procedure if you buy tickets from expedia ? what besides departure tax is there also wh have affadavit of consent support and authoriztion from philippine consulate los angeles is there anything else we are needinf for the kids to leave manila relatively hassle free ?

1.Use debit card or credit card to purchase tickets online.

2.For minor kids if they are travelling with a person other than the mother/father they need a travel clearance from DSWD and if there is a custody battle between the parents DSWD may not issue atravel clearance therefore,the kids cannot leave the country unless a court order is issued to allow the children to travel.

3.Philippine Consulate?They have nothing to do yet at this time in your case as the kids are still in PI.Consulates and Embassies is where Filipinos abroad go if they are in trouble,needs help,needs to renew passport etc.etc.

4.Always use metered taxi.
