magpapamedical ako para sa baby ko this coming monday? ano ba ang requiremnets niya dapat? tsaka mgakano ang para sa isang 1 yr old? tapos na kasi sa vaccine ang baby ko...

Timeline

-Appointment letter sent by the National Visa Center or an e-mail print out of your appointment sent by the Call Center or the appointment date shown on our website (http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwh3238.htm) (print out two of these,just in case)

-Appropriate medical examination fee.

-Passport (valid for at least 6 months)

-Two colored pictures (2 inches x 2 inches) with a white background

that's it!

Eto na lang mas presentable. Hehehe.

@@@ Ang asawa ko magpamedikal din dyna sa Lunes. Ang bata yata ay $ 185.00 dlrs preo kailangan mo ng pesos kaya magdala ka ng Php 10,000 para sigurado. Kailangan mo ay 2X2 ( 2 each ) na litrato, Interview na galing sa Embassay na meron marka ng embassy (emblen) o ang NOA2 at ID card mo at bc para sa bata mo kase bata pa anak mo kaya gusto nila masigurado na anak mo sya o ikaw ang nanay. Dyan asawa ko sa St Lukes bukas din....Goodluck!

oh really,wow maybe its kinda busy tomorrow. well,i still dont get the appointmnet letter from embassy,opps jus only email so i printed that.also i can bring the noa2 /aos receipt.etc for proof. i still need to mmrize her case number.haha. do you know how long it shud be done for a baby med? btw,im done mine and i had a visa already. so i wonder for my baby's case if how long will the process

hi,my daughter passed her medical exam last monday, yohoo. for those who will take their med soon,good luck to you guys. my daughter was given a 5 shots even though i brought her baby book that shes done for all shots in her doctor .
