Quick question:

I have two jobs, possibly a third job, but how exactly would I show that on the i-134 form? Do I need to fill out a second or third form for each individual job? Or would I list them on the same form somehow? Anyone know about this?

I would reccomend emailing the embassy in order to find out. They will be closed until the 16th or 17th, but that would be my reccomendation. Otherwise you can attach another sheet, and format it as question 7 listing each of your other employer's and addresses. (on question 7 part a, I would just write see attached sheet). Then in part b of question 7 put the combined income. Make sure you have an employer letter for each of your employers.

I definately wouldn't fill out multiple forms.

Combine the income of both (or all 3) jobs and list it as your current annual income. Where it asks the name of your employer and type of work, write "See attached". Attach a sheet listing the name and type of employment for each and the annual income for each. Best, if possible, attach an employment letter for each verifying income.
