In prep for getting my wisdom teeth removed, I bought the ingredients to make soft foods to eat. I went ahead and made some soup already, so I won't have to cook it tomorrow. I must say, this is the most delicious quick soup I've ever had! And it took less than 10 minutes to prepare!

1 can low sodium chicken broth

1 package frozen spinach

1/3 lb dill cheddar cheese, cubed

I boiled the broth, added the spinach & let it cook for 5 minutes. Then put stove on low & added the cheese. I added various seasonings & fresh basil leaves just before removing it from the stove. Creamy & delicious! :yes:

I plan to make the same soup again when this runs out, but with broccoli instead of spinach.

Yea we are hoping for Friday the 8th, but he has not gotten the passport back yet and I am not booking the flight until he gets it in his hands.

Don't plan anything until he has it - we have been waiting 19 days to get A's back from the embassy.

Just attempted ab ripper x from the P90X workout. BRUTAL! I couldn't do half of what they did, but just from trying has me EXTRA sweaty.

GIRRRLL! What were you thinking. Just watching that tv promotion makes my body ache all over. 'though I have heard nothing but good things. My friend at work is doing it right now. He brings the weights to work with him. Keep it up!

i have been doing these ab workout too and boy does it work me out my favorite workout is wii fit
