An annulment put you back into the staus of single, a divorce puts you into the staus of married, but divorce. An annulment wipes out the all indications of a marriage. But, that is a minor issue, she can divorce him. She really needs to stop the AOS before she is held accountable for the 10 year obligation. Right now the window of opportunity is there for he to get out.

Trust me I KNOW, it's EASY to nag and get upset about things but just try to remember how happy he makes you all the rest of the time and hold on to that.
