well as i review all my papers to submit i just found out that my CENOMAR has problem regarding with my parents name for my mother name their one letter that missing likewise with my father now my worries is could be this problem with the consul i am confuse although i have sort of solution about it is it okay if i notarize stating that the name of parents appear on my CENOMAR is same person on my birth certificate pls i need some sort of advice or my idea is okay with i dont to encounter any delay due to this problem thank in advance.... have blessed holy week every one here in VJ :help::innocent:

Filing date: 08-18-2009

NOA date for I-485: 08-25-2009 (receive in mail 08-29-2009)

I-485 Biometrics Appt Date: 09-16-2009 (receive in mail 09-01-2009)

EAD Filed Date: 08-18-2009

EAD NOA Date 08-25-2009

EAD RFE Date

EAD Biometrics Appointment Date: 09-16-2009

EAD Approved Date : 2009-09-30/2009-10-05(receive twice email from uscis)

I-485 Interview Appt Date: Nov.03.2009(receive in mail 10/07/2009)

AOS interview pass thank God for everything you are the light of world...

Receive Green Card: Nov 13, 2009

If it appeared on your mom's birth certificate that it had a correct spelling.You will be okay. If it's only in the Cenomar. Just show the NSO BC of your mom. I guess the NSO archivist made a mistake for that. You have to ask again the NSO people bring with you your mom's BC in case. Good luck!

Feb. 1, 2010- Biometrics appointment at 8a.m.

Feb.9,2010 - touched

March 2,2010- AP approved

March 9,2010- Hard copy received

March 12, 2010- I-485 receipt notice for interview

March 18,2010- received letter for initial interview

April 19, 2010- 8 :15 A.M INTERVIEW DATE ( APPROVED 5min.Interview)

APRIL 20, 2010- USCIS website updated card production ordered

If the name of ur mom in ur bc is correct U can just get another cenomar if u r too worried about it ("; maybe the nxt cenomar ur mothers name there is already fix or correct...
