OF-167 and Vancouver Consulate question

I am a little confused about the OF-167 and the I-134. On the Vancouver Embassy information it says that you need the OF-167. So does this mean you need all the information listed under the affidavit of support section or do you need to includes the I-134 with the OF-167 information for a K-3 Visa?

Does the Vancouver embassy accept a co sponsor for this financial information? I have read on the forum that some embassies will accept co-sponsors and some will not with the I-134. Has anyone had an experience where they have used a co-sponsor to get a K-3 visa?

Under the Embassy Info on this site, under the Vancouver consulate information is where I read that you needed the OF-167. Is this information up to date in that you do need that?
