My SO's clearance is about to expire. Her name is very common and comes up with hits. How long does it take to get a new NBI Clearance? She's from the south, Mindanao.

The NBI officer stamps the application form stated the date if when she can go back and get her clearance..in Manila if your a first timer you will have an interview i don't know in a Province...

EAD APPLICATION:

2009-01-10 ----- E-filed EAD Application

2009-01-20 ------NOA1 Receipt Notice

2009-01-22 ------Biometrics appointment recieved by mail

2009-02-11-------Biometrics Date (done smoothly)

2009-4-15 -------- EAD Approved

2009-4-24 -------- EAD Received by mail ( yyyeeeeessssss)

when i had HIT (2006) it took 16 days before i got my NBI certificate.

i got mine for 2 weeks

August 6, 2009 - AOS Sent together with EAD and AP
August 17, 2009 - Received NOAs of AOS, EAD and AP
Sept. 15, 2009 - Biometrics Appointment
Sept. 24, 2009 - Received E-mail approval notice for EAD and AP
October 2, 2009 - AP on hand
October 3, 2009 - EAD card on hand
November 12, 2009 - Interview Date / Approved
November 23, 2009 - Green Card Received

March 21, 2012 - Lifting Conditions

May 22, 2013 - Citizenship

My Abby got hers in CDO same day, she recently had to get a new one and it was also same day.

It took 15 days..the NBI will verify your name to manila first...since you have a common name......i'm from north min.

i went there yesterday to get a new one since i read from someone here that i need a new NBI that close to the date of your interview but since my name was HIT they told me to come back on 16th #######!!! my interview will be on the 15th i guess i will just use my 5 months old NBI :(

03.14.2011 -------I-751 sent overnight

03.15.2011 -------package says "Delivered"

03.30.2011 -------ASC Appointment Notice Received

04.22.2011 -------Biometrics Appointment

08.29.2011--------APPROVED! GC RECEIVED!

When I got my NBI Clearance, I over heard that those with "hit" can get their NBI clearance after a week. I got mine in NBI satellite office in Quezon City Hall.

Lifting Condition (I-751)

09/09/2011 - Sent the package to CSC

09/13/2011 - CSC received the package

09/15/2011 - CSC cashed check and NOA1 Received

09/26/2011 - Biometrics Appointment Notice Date (Sent)

10/13/2011 - Early Biometrics

10/19/2011 - Biometrics Appointment

10/26/2011 - GC expiration

11/25/2011 - Received RFE

11/28/2011 - Sent response to RFE

01/13/2012 - Ordered card production (Approved)

01/19/2012 - 10 yrs GC received
