k1 interview cancelled bcoz medical not complete - how to reschedule?

My fiance had medical scheduled for her and her two children for 4/2 and 4/3 with a k1 interview scheduled for 4/7/09.

St. Lukes postponed part of their medical exam and vaccinations for 4/13. They said they had no schedule for the skin test. Crazy! I tried to postpone the interview but due to Holiday they were and are still closed. (How long is this holiday anyway? I still cant reach them at the Embassy). When she went to the interview they did not conduct it because the medical was not complete. They did not give her new date for the interview. They said she should get new interview date from St. Lukes but that doesn't seem correct. I would think we could reschedule with the Embassy via the phone but am not sure and cant reach them due to this long holiday. Does anyone know how to get new interview date since the original interview date has passed and they turned her away because of the medical?

This gives me more time to finish the two new bedrooms in my house. lol.

If I was you, I would not be LOL about new bedrooms, I would be calling that embassy and making sure they give a new interview date or some sort of guidance they are holding on to your petition.

They may consider the petition abandoned, and you will have to start over.

She has to finish her medical on 4/13 with skin reading on 4/15. Cant reach the embassy because they are closed for the holidays - I've been callin 1-888-877-9888 for days now but same holiday message.

If I was you, I would not be LOL about new bedrooms, I would be calling that embassy and making sure they give a new interview date or some sort of guidance they are holding on to your petition.

They will resume the office monday after easter, you need to reschedule their interview as soon as possible!

ST LUKES have the authorization to re-schedule your interview due to medical reason, for example, you case with incomplete medical exam. St. Lukes and Embassy is a joint company/organization in the terms of providing visa to people who doesn't pose any medical threat to the society, thats the reason we do medical exam to make sure you or anyone else is fit and healthy before going abroad. Go back to ST LUKES and ask them to re schedule your interview at your earliest convenience.

Husbie just called USEM this afternoon (MNL time) and the operators were available.

They are open till tomorrow. That would be 8pm tonight - 5am EST..
