Just stopped in to read up on everyones news while listening to some music. Beern MIA for awhile tieing up other loose ends ... Still have the most delightful butterflies after receiving the approval last week from VSC!!!

Glad to see everyone is well & moving through the process at various stages!

Lisa - 7 days?!?! - HOLY #$%^!!! You must be beside yourself with all kinds of feelings! Everything is criss crossed for ya! :D

Prince and Angel, congrats once again :) Will u pursue K3 or CR1?

Yeah NVC U BETTER LISTEN TO MY HONEYBUNNY!! It sucks that even with the shortcuts we have been at NVCH (AND YEAH I AM BRINGING BACK THE H!!!) for over a month now! RIDICULOUS when we did everything right and fast...what a shame that they continue delaying us. TOO BAD I CAN"T GET MY CONGRESSMAN ON THEIR CASE. I got a freakin mean OP yesterday!!!! I wish she will never know the pain we feel being separated from our SOs....I've had some rough couple of days and like you Seren I am also losing patience fast :protest::ranting::protest::ranting:

I hope we get out of NVC today, but that would be wishful thinking on my part. :innocent:

Today is a stat holiday in Canada....so chillin out at home and trying to keep myself from calling NVC every couple of hours.

I am leaving for the airport at 4am April 17th. My plane leaves at 8am....

had to rent a car to get to the airport because nobody wanted to take me. There are no limo services for the airport I am flying out of and the flight leaves too early to take the train.....

Seren, I called NVC already -starting bugging them early :devil: After that one OP was mean to me I plan to call twice a day now instead of one. They messed with the wrong girl :angry: I don't care about the stupid 2-4 week nonsense!

I will be very suprised if we got a case complete today since they haven't even escalated our case to a supervisor for review. If I heard the words final review, I might start believing ...They are backlogged big time!! So not fair for those of us who waited 230+ days @ VSC!

Yep, you really find out who your friends are when you REALLY need something.

I did find one friend who will go with me to the airport and drive the rental car back so I only have to pay $43.00 instead of $100. she would take her car but she said it is in the shop and has been giving her lots of problems

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive,and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Serendipity - If your case completes in this week you probably have a shot at a May interview. With NVC in backlog mode, they might extend the interview scheduling period.

Jen - That sucks!! Atleast your friend is willing to drive your rental.

GS - Your case has been in review for almost 2 weeks, you should be receiving a case complete soon.
