09/20/08 - Received Packet 3

10/16/08 - Medical in Halifax
01/15/09 - Interview in Montreal
01/20/09 - Visa in Hand
02/03/09 - Fly to US - POE Halifax NS
03/06/09 - Wedding in Yanceyville, NC

AOS
4/24/09 - Sent AOS package (after too many delays!)
4/27/09 - Signed for in Chicago
5/05/09 - Check cashed and all three NOA1's in the mail
5/14/09 - Received Biometrics appointment letter - Appointment is June 2nd.
6/2/09 - Biometrics at Raleigh field office - they were some of the nicest people :)
6/18/09 - EAD approved and card production ordered
6/20/09- received AP papers in the mail
6/22/09 EAD card arrived in the mail (that was fast eh?)
7/09/09 - received notice of GC appointment date
8/07/09 - Green Card interview at Raleigh Field office at 8:45am - Given RFE for I-693 Vaccination suppliment
9/08/09 - returned RFE to field office. Approved for Green Card
9/09/09 - Received email that Card production had been ordered.
9/17/09 - Green Card in the mail - No more USCIS until June, 2011 :D

Awwww! That's such a good song, I love Blue Rodeo. I heard Rascall Flats new single this morning, "Here comes goodbye" and damn! I hard a hard time chocking back those tears.

Blue Rodeo can make anyone cry. If I'm just down and my ipod happens to put Blue Rodeo on ..its done I'm crying lol

In My Daughter's Eyes by Martina McBride does me in now. This will be my first Easter away from my baby girl....it's already getting tough.

April 16, 2009 - 2 yr GC rec'd in mail.

March 2, 2011 - Mailed in I-751 to CSC

March 4, 2011 - I-751 delivered to CSC

March 4, 2011 - NOA issued

March 12, 2011 - NOA received

April 14, 2011 - BIO Appt 5/6/11

May 6, 2011 - BIO done in 10 minutes...no re-takes this time :)

June 27, 2011 - Email rec'd "Status - Approved"

July 1, 2011 - 10 yr GC arrived

Thanks for the support, guys. Yep, it's those darned Blue Rodeo songs! :lol: Well, that, and missing home. :( But I'm good now. :) My husband wasn't working yesterday so we had a lovely day, which really made up for it. Glad it's behind me, though. lol

One day you're motoring along and everything is fine. The sky is blue, the grass is green. Then it hits you. You hear a song and.... WHAM. You're done. I just got whammed. :cry:

Blue Rodeo is, just for the record, one of my favourite bands ever.

(and Dark Angel is my favourite song of theirs, followed by Bad Timing)

Lady, people aren't chocolates. Do you know what they are mostly? Bastards. ####### coated bastards with ####### filling. But I don't find them half as annoying as I find naive bobble-headed optimists who walk around vomiting sunshine.
