hey sorry I have a feeling Im gonna get burned for asking this but Iv been searching for like a half hour with no luck

I just got a RFE asking for more evidence we met in person during the two-year period we filed, does that make anything past the 2 year period useless to send as further proof?

I was reading a good thing to do is take a picture holding a newspaper to prove the date but it seems like it is too late for this method. Any Ideas on how I can strengthen what I already have from that time period would be wonderful.

I sent copies of my passport being stamped

photos of the 2 of us with the date written on the back

my Fight Iinerary/Receipts

I used all the guides from this site when I filed and they were extremely helpful, honestly Im surprised that they want more evidence.... the only thing I can think of is to write the location on the back of the photos as well as the date.

ty much

the evidence need to be within the two year window starting the day you filed the petition, then looking backwards... anything outside of that window will not meet the requirement.

YMMV

Yes, only evidence from within 2 years before I-129F filing is acceptable, Airline receipts, Visas in your passport, Entry Exit stamps in passport, ATM and other receipts from when you were in other country, of the reverse if foreign citizen cane to the USA and met you.

If you sent this to USCIS, simply send it to them again, it is possible that they misplaced something.
