TSC rec 1-129F pkg on 6-16-06....No Response Yet?

I am getting a little worried....I mailed by package out on the 14t of June and TSC rec it on the

16th according to the USPS. The check has not been cashed yet and the return receipt shows

that it was signed for by a person with the initials M S. How can a person sign for a package at a PO box.

Should I be concerned aboout this? Has anyone have the same problem with not getting a NOA1 in a timely manner? Let me know. Thanks.

There are quite a few posts on the board about taking a long time to get NOA1s. With the IMBRAs and all the transfers of cases, it's taking upwards for 15-30 days to get NOA1s. I wouldn't start worrying yet, especially if you have confirmation of receipt.

Good luck! Keep us posted.

I sent my package on 6/10 to the TSC and they siigned for it on 6/13. My check also has not yet been cashed. Earlier this week I posted regarding the length of time it take for them to cash the checks and it seems as if this is normal. It this is any indication of how long this process takes, then I better sit down because we are in for a long ride.

Hopefully as soon as all the RFEs from IMBRA get out and back it'll start to speed up a little bit. Combining the IMBRA changes with the transfer of cases to CSC and VSC has caused such a slow down. Hopefully the bottlenecking will clear out in the few months.

(Or so says the girl that's waiting a few months to send in her case)

It took us 2 weeks to get NOA1.

Your case has probably been transferred to California, so you need to allow a few extra days(after the 2 weeks) before you can expect to hear anything.

This process takes a lot of patience!

Good luck!
