Thanks! I've already checked the USCIS site like 10 times already..lol I am just going to get off the computer for an hour and then check again. My nerves are frayed and I am on my 3rd cup of coffee!

Yea I feel yea Im doing the same thing. I even check it last night at 10 before I went to bed LOL now thats crazy HAHAHAHAHA. I was hoping for email lag of some thing.Maybe they close at 6 and 2 hours behind me and then they set the emails to go out at 8 at night when server is not so busy. I know of some big buildings doing this.It saves on band useage.

Victor, sounds like you're all set. Congrats to your fiancee for getting her package from the embassy already. I just saw a commercial today, actually, on how the USPS charges a flat rate for their boxes, regardless of weight. Guess depending on how heavy all of that paperwork is (which I imagine would be a lot), that could certainly be the best way to go.

I already stole all of our evidence from him while I was compiling our package, heh, and every couple of months or so I'll have him send me a copy of his phone bill, credit card statements that pertain to our trip, etc. So we don't have a whole lot to ship when it comes time -- 'cept him (though I don't think he'll fit in a box... ).

Though, next week when I'm there, I think I'll have to pester him to call for a copy of his tax transcripts, so I can bring them home with me, along with the I-134.

Ha! I can find a box to fit him in...lol. You are going to have so much fun!! The weather is beautiful here, I hope it is in FL too!

How's everyone I haven't been on in a while trying to gather all the info I need for the next step. NVC just received out case yesterday. I hope everything will go faster now

Congrats to all the new approvals and to all the guys that have been touched hang in there its comiiiiing !!!! I keep my fingers crossed for all that are still waiting to get those NOA2s ASAP.

They are most likly spending more time with me because I have owned my own business for so long.And I owe some back tax's,But I have them set up on a payment plan. ANd Im sure they will call my IRS Agent to check to see if Im up on all my payments. I think this would bring up a red flag.Plus with the Ecom, Being in the crapper they dont need more people in the USA unless I can afford to take care of her.

It may be the reason but not sure.

Yeah, I didn't think so. Background checks and the like right now, then at the interview make sure your fiancee is fully prepared with all of the support docs.

Hopefully your approval will come any day now.
