hi all :am realy need help am mareid and am been in usa from 4monthe and i hav permanet resident i recived it in 12/28/2008 and expries at 12/28/2010 so my wife she wanna divorce me and am in usa just 4monthe whats i can do

if my wife divorce me pleass need realy help

Hi mario2009,

You came here legally and holding a green card so you can still continue to work if you have a job and travel anywhere but by the time when you file the I-751 Petition to remove conditions you need to prove that the marriage between you and your wife was entered in good faith.If your wife really wanted a divorce and you've done everything to save it but nothing seem to work then you just have to accept it.Better start gathering evidence now and read the guides so you will know what to prepare and file 90 days before your Green Card expires.Good luck!
