DS 230 QUESTION...

sorry for the likely easy question-

ds-230 - do we fill out 1 each, 1 for me (us citizen) and 1 for my wife (immigrating) and send em in together?

do we send in 2 each (1 signed, 1 unsigned)?

at this stage, am i still considered the petitioner? and my wife the benificiary?

so at this stage, are we basically sending in 2 completed packages - one package for afidavit of support, and another package consisting of ds - 230 and related documents requested after the payment of "document processing fees"??

SORRY FOR THE CONFUSION - after my wife made it to the USA, family emergency neccesatated her immediate return to her home in cambodia. unfortunately before she was able to adjust her status, thus the case was abandanded. we now are filing both k-3 (married in usa) and have petioned both i-129f and 1-130 .....so, our "journey" has once again began. thank you for all your help and understanding - appleegg and sreyon.

DS-230 is filled out by the beneficiary only. The beneficiary needs to sign part I and fill out part II but DO NOT sign it. Part II is signed at the time of the interview.

Yes you send two packages to NVC, one for Affadavit of Support after the AOS Bill is paid, second is the DS-230 package after the IV Bill is paid.
