Yes, but for safety sake, go ahead and enclose the other previous 2 year. Cant hurt. Dont forget your Employment Letter. Im going ot give them all when its our turn. Good Luck.

i dont think you can submit the W-2 on its own jiskat.... a tax return have to be endorsed as well...

if im not wrong - tax transcripts on its own... no need of W-2s... but if you file tax returns you have to endorse W-2s as well

we will just attach a photocopy of this year's return (1040 + W2 and/or 1099) to the I-864.

I sent 3 years of tax transcripts and W-2s. letter of employment. last 6 months of pay stubs. also i gave my wife a copy of this years tax return and W-2 to take to the embassy in case they want to see it.
