We are waiting on the NOA2, my Fiancé was living in Japan in 2007~2008, what will we receive in order to apply for a Japan police clearance. We have called the Japanese Embassy in Manila and they have told us we will get something from USEM so we can apply.....So my question is what do we receive to get this clearance?

They are asking for your P3/4 letter.

Perhaps this may work: http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwfk1en.pdf (Print out as show that you are required to get the police cert for interview)
