Hi all,

approved on march 16th but NVC has not received it yet,its been 20 days but no luck yet

130 approved on 16 Mar 2009.

I just called NVC -AVR . provided receipt number. they sent our DS-3032 out on 03 Apr. AVR also provided our NVC number.

It is almost scary....seems like the process is working better than it has in the past.

we were approved on march 25, no case number either

I'll join in too. Kevinbui86 and I were approved the same day, March 25th. Still nothing. I do have to admit that I've spoken with some nice operators though. I've read such awful things about a lot of them that I guess I was surprised.

i called twice since my approval, still nothing. the operators are very polite though......

Finally!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After 18 days case# assigned. Gave email addys wonder how long before they send DS-3032 they said 6-8 weeks.

CR-1 is much better visa now than the K3

we were approved 3-13 and on the 4-2 we received our case #...this morning I opened my e-mail to find the DS-3032, and AOS bill had been generated sometime during the night, as it wasn't in my inbox yesterday afternoon....good luck

Just called NVC and spoke to a officer, still no case number issued, but she did tell me that a very large delivery of cases arrived from CSC on Monday and most are approvals from March 2009 and they should have them all entered into the system by next week. So I guess we carry on waiting..

California CS probably approves the petitions and holds them and sends them out all at once on a certain date. Good luck to all that are still waiting.
