Train to Montreal?!?!?

Hey Everyone!

My friend & I are debating on whether or not to take the train from Toronto to Montreal for the CR1 interview at the embassy.

We're wondering though, does the train actually take you right near the hotel & the embassy? We thought it might save on driving there, and dealing with parking, etc. I've read that people have walked from the hotel to the embassy.

Just getting some opinions!

We are planning on driving but from what I have read the train station is about a 15 minute walk from the embassy and nearby hotels.
