Also the notice you got, is it the 1st NOA or 2nd NOA ?? did you get three initial NOAs, one each for I-130, I-485, I-765 ?

I presume as you already had a biometrics you got the initial 3 NOAs...... thats why I am telling you repeated time to fill up your timeline datewise since you came here. See my timeline and create something similar. Otherwise we cannot understand the day interval and the timing it took. The timing is quite important..

so this dont make any sense, I need to come back to my country to finish the process over there??? Im not sure about that....

LOL You were considered illegal when you got married and you think you can just stay and get your green card???

NobleTime Pls dnt challange & criticize people here. I dnt think Visajourney is a forum for that. All we need to know is correct facts that wd help him and keep that information here so that it can be useful for people in future.

No that was really my opnion, and still is. You can't BREAK the law and expect nobody would notice. OK, I dont care how many people WOULD that, that doesn't make it OK. And this is MY ADVISE for people in future. JUST DONT BREAK THE LAW IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! LOL . . .

and you please dont ask others to be quiet just because their openion differs from yours, or you dont like to hear them :)

I just got this letter (March-30) from the Immigration, someone cant explain me more....I cant understand

Was approval Notice but he is not eligible, why??

thanks

Make a online INFOPASS appointment with USCIS and find out (as stated in your notice, “believes that he or she is eligible for AOS“)

Otherwise, this is approved NOA2 for your I-130 petition either for CR1/IR1.

USCIS refuse to handle “Adjustment of Status” while beneficiary in US (may be expired I-94, overstayed or visa violation or other reasons).

Anyway, they forwarded your approved petition to NVC.

Bobby Unit IS right from what YOU posted. But you don't like it, because it's not what YOU want to hear!

To come and ask for help, then insult the person that tried to help you, is very tacky. To tell that person they don't know what they are talking about is rude and makes you look like a fool. If you already know what is right and what is wrong, then why did you bother to ask the question?

For the record, I hope they DO make you go back home to adjust. What makes you think you are special, overstaying your visa and being here illegally, while the rest of us do things the right way?

First, get some manners. Second, call USCIS. That is my thoughts to you.

LOL . . .

I have to agree here.

How can you come here and ask a question to so many people who have filed petitions (as the law requires) and who have waited 6+ months to be approved by the USCIS. We are at the mercy of the USCIS and the NVC and you want to break the law and be allowed to adjust your status? An overstay is an overstay. You ARE illegal once you do that. You are not supposed to come here on a visitor visa and get married . IMO, it looks like you got married just to stay. That is probably why you got denied. Good luck proving your marriage.....I think you should go back to your coountry and wait there like the rest of the other beneficiaries.... And get some manners while you're there.

Oh for God's sake! If you have a lawyer, then you should be asking the lawyer for advice! Not strangers on the internet! Why on earth would you be asking us to tell you about your letter and not a lawyer??? You like giving your money to people for nothing??? Or you think people on visajourney know more than your lawyer?

Lawyers cannot be trusted. From what I've seen here, most "immigration" lawyers don't know what they are doing half the time and the other half they do the same thing you could have done for free.
