In the section for the General information for CR-1 stuff, there's no mention of this particular form -- I searched online and it's something about choice of address and agent.

So, if we don't have an 'agent' we appoint ourselves, i imagine.

So... do we send this for in as well? If so, when -- along with which package of information.

And also What is the IV payment? For the life of me, I cannot find what that means.

Thanks guys... just trying to prep myself for all the other stuff ahead.

Best.

Go and read the WIKI about NVC National Visa Center, it will explain all. and yes DS-2030 is the Appointed agent form, best that the Beneficiary appoints the Petitoner to be agent. But read now, then come back and ask away with further questions. Good Luck

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.
