Big Day Tomorrow

Heya guys,

I just wanted to say thank you for everyone's support up until this point in time, because both Knight and myself would have been incredibly lost without the generous advice and help that this forum (and everyone on it!) has given. I can't help but feel incredibly nervous and today's just crawling by...but I'm hoping and praying that it goes well tomorrow. So much weighs on whatever happens tomorrow morning to the point that it makes me dizzy just thinking about it. It will determine whether I can start planning or not, and it's incredibly important considering that I need April to study for my finals. I've got everything ready and out, even organised my clothes. Just been trying to do things today to distract myself (like cleaning the gross flat pantry out). I'm rambling, but in short...thank you all.

Don't worry you guys. Everything will go smooth and soon we will have a post from you sharing your experience with us. It will be easy basic questions and you will be out of there in no time. Think positive and arrive early give yourself some extra time. Thing as you are going to meet your partners family and telling them how much you want to be with him/her.

I am sure all they will ask about is just basic documents. Best of luck to you

I'm so excited for you. Be charming, confident, adorable, pleading...whatever it takes to get them sympathetic to your side. I'm sure you have lovely big brown eyes that will melt any bureaucratic mindset.

If they have a problem with the BC thing, just calmly ask if you can speak with their supervisor. Impress him with your preparation and organization, and your supreme efforts to get this far in the process despite obstacles. You're going to shine tomorrow, as you always do.

And I'm going to wake before dawn to hear how it goes.

i might be wrong, but i know im not, but ill say it anyways, even if you already knew, 'cause it cant hurt... make sure you have reset your clocks/watches/timepieces/etc to the correct time. BST (my favorite time ever! sounds like a garden party every afternoon in british summer time. : D) started today!
