How ot know if been ''Touched"

I see that some people can see when their case has been touched, my uestion si how do you know if it has happened to you case. I registered on the USCIS website and i have my portofolio with my case #, it says

Welcome Mr.

Number of cases in portfolio:

Receipt Number E-mail Last Update (mm/dd/yyyy) Form Number Form Title

will the touches be under LAST UPDATE? or where will i be ableto see it has been touched? the last time my case was updated was last july and i didnt receive an email , even tho i have the email on, it showed up as an update not as a ''touch''

From what I have read on VJ, Touches are almost worthless. It depends if your case is updated on the website. I don't even check on ours. I just depend on the mail service, for what it is.
