I don't know if it's a dumb question;but I still have to ask.I've downloaded G325-A form which is a five page form.

I've also checked the sample filled out G325-A form on visa journey.I'm wondering why all the pages are filled out for the same name as an example.

My understanding is that the first page needs to be filled out for the petitioner and the second page is for the beneficiary. So we don't need to fill out the third and the fourth pages of the G 325-A ..is that right?

No. Fill out all the forms. The reason is that each goes to a different department. Use literal logic as you proceed & you will do fine.

  • 2 weeks later...

Download the form into acrobat reader. Fill out the information on the first page. It automatically duplicates the same info to the other three pages. then after it is filled out entirely and checked for correctness, print all four pages and sign all four pages. then the same for the spouse.
