i just filed a i130 thats all what i supose to something differnt

hi, i just filed a i139 should i file a k3 visa also ? my case is pending with the i130 form but im not sure what all happens im young and so is my husband we have a 5yr old 2gether but only been married for one year lol ( we maid sure it was true love and what we wanted to spend the rest of are lives 2gether so this yr i finaly filed a i130 but i have my own bussniss for a year now he does not even make the money i do sence he lives in mexico so what do i do about the field tax thing im lost lol and how long does it take after being accpeted for the i130 form to get a visa is it realy long ? and should i go file a k3 visa anyways will it make it faster for him to get here at least my i130 is now pending sence feb. ( so its not its been so long )

12/28/2007-- Married in mexico

02/2/2009- Sent out I-130

02/06/2009-Noa1

04/27/2009-Noa2 Approved :)

05/02/2009-noa2 Hardcopy in the mail :)

05/18/09- Nvc case number and Ds-3032 also paid Aos bill

06/16/2009- paid IV bill

07/20/2009- sent out Aos ( yea I paid everything now im sending it. I was out of town with my hubby for 2months Thank God they let us pay online now only if we could send everything else online lol )

07/30/2009- Sent out DS-230

08/12/2009- Case Complete with NVC

09/01/2009- Visa interview has been scheduled for 10/05/2009. Letter by email.
