Hey guys, how is everything going at nvc? my noa2 was march 17th, and they have not recieved it yet, how about you guys?

Known each other since we were kids ! =]

08/24/08-Engaged

01/10/2009- Sent

01/12/2009-NOA1

03/17/09- NOA2

03/25/09- NVC recieved

3/26/09- Forwarded to New Delhi Embassy

4/6/09- Packet 3 sent

4/8/09- Sent packet 3 to embassy

4/13/09-Embassy Sent packet 4

4/20/09- Recieved packet 4

4/25/09- Medical - passed =]

5/04-09- Gave paperwork to VFS

5/14/09- Intreview

Approved!!!!!!!!!!

5/26/09- POE at SFO

Our I-130 was approved on March 17th too, and we still don't have a case number either... I think it might be the CSC.

Have you tried calling the NVC? I call the automated message daily and even spoke with a representative earlier tonight. She gave me a standard "2 to 4 weeks and up to 90 days" for USCIS to forward the case to the NVC, but I see a lot of other people on here that get their case numbers in just a few days...

I hope we don't have to wait much longer. Keep me posted if you hear something!

Is your case status updated on the USCIS website? Ours isn't... it says it is still pending even though we received the hard copy of the NOA2 in the mail over the weekend... what is with that?? :unsure:

yeah i call everyday they say it will take up to 2 weeks to recieve it , and then further on 2 more weeks, half the time the phone line goes busy, does that happen to you to?

nopee i recieved no email n my case is not updated on the website, that is happening with a lot of people, i just recieved my noa2 in the mail, i wonder :blink:

have you started to collect your documents for your intreview??
