Medical Exam in Rio de Janeiro for K1 visa?

Has anyone had a medical exam for the fiance visa in Rio de Janeiro? My fiance is scheduled to have one in mid April and we were wondering what exactly the exam consists of. I know they do a blood test, but is this only for HIV? Is there a mandatory drug test, too? Chest X rays? We're just trying to be as prepared as possible, as we have tended to be a little nervous throughout this process :) Any info would help... thanks guys!
