It wants to know the state my finace lives in. Cagayan is the city.....what would the state be please?

Question #3. This affidavit is executed on behalf of the following person:

Presently resides at (Street and Number): Which would be the complete postal address , as in if you were writting your fiancee in postal mail

--( just egnore the State it's not important at all , the I-134 is so old an unconstitional . Its only something usembassy uses to show you have enough income to support the immigrant so they may not inlikely become a public charge in the usa .
