Hello, everyone...I just thought that this thread would be pretty helpful for people who are going to contact their Senator or Congressman...if you don't mind to tell us about your experience in details...like who had to contact(you or the USC spouse),how(phone, email, fax, letter via mail) and what did you tell them..I can't think of anything else right now but I think that this would be a great help!!! We are about to contact ours(not sure senator or congressman) and need some help and recommendation..we have been waiting for my 10 yr green card for 13 months now(VSC) and my heart breaks every time I see people who applied months after us getting approved...thanks for sharing,I am sure a lot of us here will be grateful too

It's best to contact your state's senior Senator. Go to the Senator's website (google the name) and look for the page that explains how to contact for constituent services. That will get prompt attention from the staff member who handles USCIS situations.

Sorry it is taking so long. Just pick one to write. Be sure to give the names and Reference numbers. Write a short concise letter. Ask specific questions. Good luck.
