do we need NOA from USCIS?

for my fiancee's embassy interview, she doesn't need the NOA from the USCIS does she? The embassy wouldn't have let me schedule the interview if they didn't have all the paperwork from USCIS right?

Based upon your timeline you have gotten your K1 through USCIS, NVC and the USEM and I believe your question is does she need the NOA1 and perhaps the NOA2. No she does not. She does need either the letter from the USEM or the email from the USEM to do her Medical at SLEC if she does not have a letter from NVC or the NOA2.

Of course she will need to bring all the other documents that that USEM asks for along with your I-134

yeah we have everthing else according the the checklist, and she had her medical exam this past tuesday. I'm just making sure we aren't overlooking anything, thanks
